Intelligent Production Line for Aluminum Doors and Windows - Aluminum Profile In
Industry News | 2024-03-23 | View

Nowadays, door and window processing enterprises are gradually shifting from labor-intensive processing to information driven processing, and more and more door and window processing enterprises will choose intelligent processing equipment. Establish an intelligent, automated, paperless, and modern smart factory through management software such as ERP and MES, transforming from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".

The intelligent door and window processing equipment is mainly divided into three parts: frame and leaf production line, middle stile production line, and corner assembly production line. The frame fan production line is composed of an intelligent aluminum profile sawing center, a CNC automatic punching and milling center, a composite processing center, a logistics line, an intelligent sorting table, and industrial robots. The sawing center is the first step in door and window processing, and the 45 ° and 90 ° cutting of aluminum profiles is the first step in door and window processing, which directly affects the quality, appearance, and output of doors and windows.

The aluminum profile intelligent sawing center has functions such as automatic feeding, sawing (45 °, 90 °), labeling, etc. It can also be configured with automatic feeding by robots to minimize manual intervention. Traditional door and window processing and cutting profiles use a double headed cutting saw, operated by 1-2 people, with high labor intensity and high error rates due to human intervention. The machining data of the sawing center is transmitted and imported by the workstation through the network (which can also be copied in by a USB flash drive when using a single machine), and the machine processes the data sequentially based on the imported (copied in) data. During the profile cutting process, there is almost no need for manual intervention. After the sawing center in the production line cuts the profiles, they are transported by the logistics line to the next processing step.
